Think about it

Note: Too often we are told to read the New Testament as though it was written to us, but it was not written to us. It was written to the Early Church.

The older I get the more I realize we are all on a journey to unlearn and relearn.

We have been taught that we should put ourselves into the verse, and to see every word as for us and applying to us.

Thus, the scriptures are written to Israel and for Israel,

The Books and letters contained in the Bible are not for us, about us, or to us.

The scriptures and letters in the Bible were not written for us today. They were written to the people to whom they were addressed. If the things in the Bible are for us today, they were lies to the people to whom they were written.

But here’s the conundrum… Jesus having already returned, like He said He would, and the modern state of Israel being a fulfilment of Biblical prophesy cannot both be true.

For the last 200 years or so there has been a very deliberate and coordinated anti-God agenda, and the lies we’ve all been fed our entire lives are so huge they’ve completely altered people’s perception of what they think ‘reality’ is. Most people are so confused by now they’ve given up even trying to know what the truth is.

Futurism denies and misrepresents the words of Jesus and the apostles and twists them into being about us, when it was clearly about THEM. Futurism makes Jesus and the apostles liars.

Cognitive dissonance is basically the extremely uncomfortable feeling that comes from either holding two conflicting beliefs that cannot be harmonised, or having a deeply held belief challenged by new information and truth. The symptoms can manifest as anger, denial, guilt, shame, confusion and frustration, and it is a common condition in the very deceived world we live in.

the last days concerned Israel and what would happen to her, rather than being about the last days of our planet earth. This is quite different from what is commonly believed, but the Scriptures plainly state this.

The writers of the New Testament were saying that the Christians alive back then would still be alive when those things transpired!

Our hope and joy should be in our Creator, not in our environment and world being trouble-free and totally perfect. He's the One Who gives us hope/joy, not our surroundings/circumstances.

The Biblical age and Adam were finished in 70 AD. We live at the end of another age.

Jester, Derich. Post-Christian Church Of God: Life, Truth, And Salvation after Christianity . Kindle Edition.

Christianity being over does not leave us with no hope: Jesus fulfilled humanity's hope and gave us back to God. Those in the old world and the first century were living in hope, but by them, and through God, we have something far greater than the anxiety of hope; we live in fulfillment. Christ did a short work on this earth, not to leave us with nothing, but to give the world to God and leave us with everything.

Jester, Derich. Jesus Ended In 70ad (pp. 57-58). Kindle Edition.

When we read the Scriptures, we must honor the “once and for all” nature of the things that took place. There will never be an exact repeat of the life of Christ. Now when we examine the things that Jesus prophesied would happen at the end of the Old Mosaic age during the generation (lifetime) of His disciples, we must see it as a once and for all event.

Coates, Dr. Cindye. The Fulfilled Prophecies of Jesus: A Verse-by-Verse Study of Matthew 24 (pp. 144-145). Dr. Cindye Coates. Kindle Edition.

People are waking up and becoming informed of these historical facts and realizing there will be no repeat and no duplication of what took place to establish the New (and better) Covenant! It has been established.

We’ve been told all the bad things that are happening in the world today are because we are supposedly living in the end times and the last days, watching bible prophecy unfold before our very eyes. We have been sadly programmed to accept bad news as the Gospel. Could it be there is a modern-day manmade system manipulating disasters, wars, famines, earthquakes, and all things “prophetic” so that we will think this is God’s doings?
